Smooth under foot…

Coatech carried out the surfacing to path areas for Seddon at their new-build Care Home Development in Radcliffe, Bury

In all 253 m² of Rhine Gold and 50 m² of White Flint Resin Bound Stone was installed by our team to pathways and seating areas

Firstly, a tarmac Basecourse was installed by a local contractor. Following which we installed the decorative Resin Bound Surface to an average 16 mm depth throughout the sensory gardens

The final result is an aesthetic flat, smooth level, walkway to a lovely garden area where residents can sit and enjoy the outdoor space
