Westport Lake – Rubber Crumb

Coatech was delighted to be involved in this refurbishment project in Stoke-On-Trent, creating a fabulous play space for local children.  This vibrant playground is just one phase of a series of projects Coatech are installing for the council simultaneously

This phase involved installing 870m² of rubber crumb safety surfacing. The main area is a blend of black and blue EPDM, which was laid to various Critical Fall Heights to suit the play equipment that was installed above it

The surfaces incorporated splash designs in colours of orange, light blue and purple rubber crumb, which were really vibrant against the black & blue EPDM blend. The splash designs were created using a mix of templates and free-hand design

The remaining phases of work include installing 270m² of Green Rubber Mulch and 700m² Addagrip Terrabase Rustic Resin Bound Stone
