Resin coatings provide a very cost-effective, seamless and heavy-duty finish for all types of industrial floors. Epoxies are high-build, durable coatings that are much thicker than floor paints. They can be formulated to include chemical-resistant properties and tailored to create a high degree of slip resistance. Industrial factories, warehouses, pharmaceutical plants and food preparation facilities all benefit from quality resin coatings, as they can resist impacts, abrasions, spills and more

Resin coatings can be installed in an array of colours, and in gloss or matt finishes
The floor is prepared by diamond grinding or shot blasting. We then use an industrial vacuum to remove all remaining dust. Typically, we apply two coats of epoxy as standard, using a flat squeegee and roller. The specification may also include a primer coat, depending on the usage of the facility and the quality of the substrate
Type 2; floor coating (light – medium duty) 150 – 300 microns thick.
Type 3; high-build floor coating (medium duty) 300-1000 microns thick

How long do resin coatings last?
A resin coating can last in the region of 10 to 20 years with the right care and maintenance. The product’s longevity negates the need to replace or repair the floor frequently making the surface a cost effective and environmentally friendly option and a better alternative to other flooring options
How long before I can walk on my new resin coating?
Most agree that epoxy is safe to walk on after about 12-16 hours and polyaspartic systems can be trafficked after about 6 hours. Ideally it is prudent to wait a full 48 – 72 hours before exposing your new floor to any heavy traffic or heavy equipment
