Healthy Working Wales Bronze Excellence Award

Healthy Working Wales has been running an awards scheme (Corporate Health Standard and Small Workplace Health awards) for many years for employers to be able to work towards and demonstrate policies and actions designed to promote happier and healthier workforces. Healthy Working Wales provide a framework to improve employee health and wellbeing, whilst rewarding employers who are actively working to do so.
Coatech has successfully undertaken an Enhanced Status Check and achieved a 12-month revalidation of the Small Workplace Health Award in recognition of the achievements in workplace health and wellbeing in which we have achieved a bronze award.
Coatech is always looking for ways to improve and adapt to top industry standards and environments wherever possible.
